She is a woman with a huge capacity to love. She moves to New York to regain her equilibrium and escape a painful situation. Along comes handsome but standoffish Ryan who brings her back to life and love. Can they leave their past behind in order to build a new life together? You will just have to read to find out!
When I was asked to tell Lucy’s and Ryan’s story I jumped at the chance. The NYC Angels series was too wonderful not to be a part of it and to be associated with other great story tellers was icing on the cake.

New York City is the setting for this book. I’ve visited New York a number of times and the book is full of tidbits from those visits.
The New York City lights are amazing especially when seen from Brooklyn. When they reflect off the East River, they are breathtaking.

Besides a yellow cab, the subway is a main way of traveling to and from work in New York City. Parking is difficult and there is only one gas station on Manhattan Island. Personal cars are expensive to drive and to park.
